• 1. Fees are to be paid prior to the 1st lesson at the beginning of every month, inclusive of 5th lessons if any.
  
• 2. Lesson cancellations must be informed at least 1 day in advance, else there'll be no make-up lessons.
  
• 3. There is only a maximum of 1 make-up lesson/ month even for 2 valid cancellations with 1 day notice.
  
• 4. For 5th lessons to be conducted, notice must be given at the beginning of that month to reserve the time slots for your children's priority. 5th lessons will be charged at the rate of one lesson.
  
• 5. Extra lessons requested during exam periods are subjected to availability and on a first-come-first- serve basis.  
• 6. Make up lessons for Public Holidays would be considered as the 1 make-up lesson for that month.

*Lessons are conducted at the teacher’s residence in Regent Grove Condominium (opp Yew Tee MRT).
